Job summary

Olayan Financing Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help optimize cash flow by managing receivables, accelerating collections, resolving billing issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

You will issue invoices, verify lease contracts, track payments, and prepare weekly collection reports while coordinating with Finance and Leasing teams to ensure accurate allocations and documented records in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP knowledge is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage receivables and accelerate collections while maintaining positive relationships.
• Billings and invoicing; verify lease contracts and quotations prior to final approval.
• Coordinate with Finance, Leasing, and customer teams to resolve collection issues and reconcile payments.
• Prepare weekly collection and cash flow reports; monitor delinquencies and aging.
