Job summary

The role focuses on developing and delivering effective communication strategies aligned with client objectives, monitoring trends, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in communications, digital, or media agency preferred (or marketing/client-side).
• Strong proficiency in Arabic, with proofreading and quality-control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications between the agency and existing clients.
• Support the Associate Business Director/Business Director in developing and delivering effective communication strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Closely monitor communication trends and oversee competitive audits and reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts while managing allocated resource teams.
• Supervise, inspire, and mentor executive team members.
