Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer Civil to join our award-winning team. You will lead design analysis, collaborate with architects and MEP engineers, and ensure structures meet safety, durability, and performance standards.

This on-site role requires delivering design and construction management services, coordinating schedules, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting contractors on-site with technical guidance and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client
• Bride construction experience essential
• Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement planning design and construction
• Lead the design analysis and modeling of complex structural systems for a variety of projects including buildings bridges and other infrastructure ensuring that they meet safety durability and performance standards
• Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations to ensure the safety stability and efficiency of designs under various load conditions e g seismic wind live loads
• Collaborate closely with architects MEP engineers and other disciplines to integrate structural systems with overall building designs and ensure coordination across all aspects of the project
• Offer technical support to contractors during the construction phase reviewing shop drawings responding to RFIs Requests for Information and resolving design-related issues on-site
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs for structural work assist in budgeting and find cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design
• Communicate directly with clients stakeholders and regulatory authorities to present design proposals address concerns and ensure that all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress
