Job summary

KEO is inviting applications for a Senior Structural Engineer (Civil) to join our award-winning Riyadh team in Saudi Arabia. You will lead structural design, analysis and coordination with architects and MEP engineers across building, bridge and infrastructure projects.

With 15+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering, you will drive technical excellence, client relationships, and on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience delivering Design and Construction Management services.
• Ability to coordinate with architects and MEP engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases including procurement, planning, design and construction.
• Lead the design, analysis, and modeling of complex structural systems for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations to ensure safety and performance under seismic, wind, and live loads.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate structural systems.
• Provide technical support to contractors during construction, reviewing shop drawings and RFIs.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs and support budgeting.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulators to align objectives and progress.
