Job summary

A leading construction firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare and manage all cost aspects of civil and building projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, extensive experience with cost management, and familiarity with regional standards. Responsibilities include handling client instructions, preparing payment applications, and ensuring timely compliance with contract terms and obligations. Knowledge of SAP and CCS is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost aspects of civil and building works.
• Manage Client Site Instructions and Variation Orders.
• Ensure that payment applications are submitted on time.

Skills

Experience in computer-based quantification

Knowledge of CCS (Candy)

Proficient in Microsoft Office

AutoCAD for Quantity Takeoff

ERP knowledge, preferably SAP

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
