Job summary

The ideal candidate will lead baseline development, track progress, and coordinate across engineering, construction and procurement teams to align schedules with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in civil engineering or construction environments.
• Experience with large-scale projects and project controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for civil engineering and construction activities.
• Prepare baseline schedules and update project programmes based on progress.
• Monitor project progress against planned milestones, activities and completion dates.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement and project teams to maintain schedule alignment.
• Identify schedule delays, critical activities and potential impacts on completion.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates and project planning documentation.
• Support project controls activities through progress measurement and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate recovery and mitigation plans for schedule deviations.
