WSP Global Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the design and delivery of a water transmission pipeline project.

You will supervise construction, coordinate with the client, contractor, and authorities, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years on water infrastructure, with strong reporting and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years on water transmission pipeline projects.
• Experience in construction supervision and consultancy roles.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction, earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and utilities coordination.
• Familiarity with international standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
• Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Review contractor progress reports, inspection records, and technical documentation.
• Assist in evaluating variations, claims, and contractual matters.
• Prepare periodic progress, quality, and technical reports for project management.

Job Description

Senior Civil Engineer will act as the Consultant's representative and be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of water transmission pipeline works. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the successful execution of the project within schedule and budget requirements.
