Job summary

Bin Quraya in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Civil Engineer to oversee civil engineering services for pipelines and related projects, ensuring compliance with GES, customer requirements, and applicable codes on schedule and within budget.

The role includes designing systems and equipment, coordinating with procurement, construction and commissioning teams, and reporting scope changes while supporting detailed designs, drawings, and calculations. Local candidates with transferable iqama are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years with GES+ in KSA, especially Aramco pipeline projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Lead Civil engineering services meeting GES, customers and applicable regulatory specifications on time and within budget.
• Create system and equipment designs that meet customer requirements and codes including ASME, ANSI, IBC, UBC, CSA, EU Directives.
• Identify and report changes to project scope; assist with proposals, estimates, budgets, and schedules; support procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Assist with preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data calculations and reports; keep abreast of latest developments in piping engineering.
• Communicate effectively with Civil engineering team and project stakeholders, identify issues, develop solutions and seek assistance when required.

Deliver Lead Civil engineering services that meet GES its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget Create system and equipment designs that meet our customer contractual requirements and location specific codes and standards including but not limited to ASME ANSI IBC UBC CSA European Union Directivesidentify and report changes to project scope assist with the preparation of proposals estimates budgets and schedules provide assistance during procurement construction and commissioning activities For example write requisitions conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders contribute to appropriate studies analyses and recommend actions assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings specifications data calculations and reports Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in piping engineering If required assist and support junior personnel within the piping engineering team Communicate effectively with the Civil engineering team and project stakeholders including the Customer Identify issues and problems develop appropriate solutions and ask for assistance when required

Qualification

Master/Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

Minimum of 10 years' experience, of which min 05 years worked with GES+ Company in KSA specially in Aramco's Pipeline Projects.
