Job summary

Pinnacle Solutions is seeking a Powertrain Technician to perform maintenance on CH-47 aircraft in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on powertrain and rotor systems, including disassembly, reassembly, adjustments, and corrosion prevention.

The ideal candidate has eight years of powertrain experience, U.S. citizenship, a HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to deploy overseas. Proficiency with aviation maintenance documentation and tools is required.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience as an aircraft powertrain mechanic.
• Proficient in using aircraft maintenance documentation systems and manuals.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to deploy overseas.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs unit-level maintenance on aircraft power train and rotor systems.
• Removes and replaces power train components and related assemblies.
• Disassembles and reassembles powertrain components and aligns rotor systems.
• Applies corrosion prevention procedures and preserves components.
• Uses common and precision measuring tools for maintenance tasks.
• Maintains inventory for repair parts and tools.
• Ensures maintenance activities meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinates with Maintenance Lead and Logistics for parts and support.
• Provides on-the-job training to personnel as needed.
• Ensures safe execution of all maintenance operations.
