Supersub in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Category Manager for Electronics to scale the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances vertical. You will own seller acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing seller success, driving category growth and P&L accountability.

You will leverage your regional network, lead livestreams and product showcases, and collaborate with product and logistics teams to turn seller feedback into marketplace wins while building a vibrant tech creator community.

Competenze

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• 3+ years of electronics/home appliances category management experience in KSA.
• Strong relationships with distributors, brands, or tech retailers in the Saudi market.
• Experience with livestream/live commerce is a plus.

The Role

As the Senior Category Manager for Electronics, you will scale the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances vertical in the Saudi Arabia market. You will leverage your deep subject-matter expertise and existing regional network to lead seller acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing seller success. This role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can manage end-to-end marketplace operations, drive continuous category growth, foster community building, and maintain full commercial accountability by owning category KPIs and the P&L.

The Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject-matter expert with deep knowledge of the KSA electronics market, including mobile devices, gaming gear, personal audio, smart home devices, and major/small home appliances.

• Identify, map out, and execute seller acquisition and onboarding for the right partners in Saudi Arabia, targeting authorized tech distributors, re-commerce/refurbished electronics sellers, electronic retail chains, and tech importers.

• Fuel seller success by teaching tech brands and gadget creators how to run high-converting livestreams, coaching them on product unboxings, live feature demonstrations, comparison testing, flash deal bundling, and live Q&A hosting.

• Manage day-to-day marketplace operations and serve as a trusted partner for your seller portfolio, working hand-in-hand with internal product and logistics teams to turn seller feedback into platform wins.

• Oversee category growth and community building initiatives by orchestrating live tech unboxings, gadget launches, seasonal promotion shows (e.g., White Friday/Ramadan deals), and tech creator collaborations.

• Maintain active community and event presence, keeping a pulse on tech creator trends, consumer electronics demand, and attending key technology expos and product unveilings in KSA.

• Take complete business ownership of the vertical by measuring performance, owning category KPIs and the P&L, and iterating on operational strategies.

The Skills & Competencies

• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English is required.

• 3+ years of experience in the electronics/home appliances industry in Saudi Arabia as a category manager, buyer, vendor manager, tech sales lead, or prominent tech reviewer/creator background.

• Comprehensive industry literacy, knowing gadget specifications, warranty standards, pricing models, grey market vs. authorized distribution, and key regional market stakeholders.

• Established, warm relationships with consumer electronics distributors, appliance brands, or tech retailers in the Saudi market.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance and scale both sides of a digital marketplace.

The Differentiators

• Prior experience working within a major e-commerce marketplace or tech re-commerce platform in the GCC.

• Prior experience working at a prominent Saudi electronics/appliance retailer or regional tech distributor.

• Personal history hosting tech review channels, conducting live auctions, or selling tech products on live platforms.
