You will tackle unique challenges, work on diverse projects, and gain hands‑on experience across multiple sectors while developing a strong problem‑solving toolkit. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
  • Support the design and development of client recommendations by collaborating closely with project teams and client stakeholders across various industries.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal creation, client pitches, and case study development.
  • Develop internal and external knowledge assets, including thought‑leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
  • Take part in firm‑building activities such as recruiting, coaching junior team members, and supporting internal capability development.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self‑starter who can prioritize effectively and thrive in fast‑paced environments
  • Eager to contribute ideas and take ownership from day one
  • Previous experience in top‑tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez, Arthur D Little) or Big 4 is a plus
