Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a digital transformation program in Riyadh on-site for a definite term. The role requires a strong background in business analysis, BRD review, and cross-functional collaboration across multinational teams.

You will coordinate with the solution provider across procurement, finance and invoicing streams, validate requirements, and ensure proper handoff to the development team while managing time zones and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise digital transformation projects.
• Experience with multinational projects and cross-cultural teams is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the Middle East.
• Work across different time zones with development teams.
• Strong requirements-analysis background: process mapping, pain-point analysis, BRD/functional specification review.
• Experience with procurement, finance/budgeting, or invoice/AP processes is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating testing (UAT) against BRD requirements, including test case prep, defect tracking and sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination with the solution provider across a workstream (e.g. Procurement, Financial & Budgeting, Invoice Management).
• Validate business requirements against processes, pain points and objectives; flag gaps or misalignment early.
• Translate and reconcile requirements between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Bridge functional requirements to the development team, ensuring accurate handoff of scope, workflows and business rules.
• Coordinate across time zones with the development team to keep requirement clarifications and reviews unblocked.
• Track delivery sign-off status, open issues and dependencies; report progress to the project manager.
• Represent the project on-site with the client and solution provider as needed.
