Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Structural Inspector for a stadium project. You will lead inspections of bridges and related structures, applying visual, NDT, and instrumentation methods to determine structural integrity and safety.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with engineering teams to develop repair and maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years experience in bridge inspection/structural assessment.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, ASCE, FHWA standards.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized inspections of bridges to assess integrity.
• Utilize visual, NDT, and instrumentation methods to evaluate conditions.
• Document findings and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.
• Develop repair and maintenance plans with engineering teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align schedules.
• Stay current with AASHTO, ASCE, FHWA standards and best practices.
