Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy across architectural and engineering deliverables on large-scale projects in the region.

You will coordinate BIM workflows, oversee BEP development, and guide design teams to ensure clash-free outputs, material coordination, and quality control.

This on-site role in Riyadh requires strong communication and collaboration with architects, engineers, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years related work experience in BIM, design and coordination.
• Experience establishing BIM execution plans and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports architectural design activities, including basic architectural and interior design coordination.
• Produces and reviews CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings in line with project requirements.
• Establishes and maintains architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.
• Reviews architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
• Develops, implements, and enforces BIM procedures and workflows across the project.
• Coordinates BIM models across disciplines to ensure clash-free and coordinated outputs.
• Supports project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and best practices.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

In this role, you will support architectural design, technical coordination, and BIM management activities across project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports architectural design activities, including basic architectural and interior design coordination.
• Produces and reviews CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings in line with project requirements.
• Establishes and maintains architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.
• Reviews architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.

Experience Required

• 15+ years related work experience.
• Basic architectural and design knowledge applicable to simple and medium-scale assets.
• Extensive experience reviewing BIM models and architectural modules.
• Experience establishing BIM execution plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.
• Experience on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects is an advantage.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent work experience)

Skills Required

• Expert-level proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other relevant digital design software.
• Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical BIM concepts clearly.
