Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Business Development Manager for the security guarding services sector in Riyadh. Drive growth by securing new clients, expanding existing accounts, and pursuing tenders and contracts.

You will lead strategy, build government and private-sector relationships, and coordinate with Operations to ensure delivery. The role demands extensive BD and sales experience in security services, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, marketing, or related field.
• 10–15 years of BD and sales experience, preferably in security guarding or facilities management.
• Strong experience with government and private sector tenders and contracts.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and security services industry.
• Arabic and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies within the security guarding sector.
• Identify and secure new clients, projects, tenders, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and private-sector clients.
• Manage tenders, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
• Analyze the Saudi security services market, competitors, pricing, and opportunities.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain existing accounts and drive contract renewals and business growth.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful delivery of security contracts.
