Job summary

DefineX is a next-generation consulting house and venture builder based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We seek a senior delivery leader to own large-scale banking technology programs end-to-end, from scoping to go-live and stabilisation, across distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.

The role requires 8+ years in technology delivery, banking/fintech experience, and excellent English communication, with Saudi-regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery, with banking/fintech experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; fluent English.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations (SAMA, NCA) and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of large-scale banking technology programs end-to-end (scope, plan, quality, timeline, budget).
• Apply delivery approaches (Agile, Scaled Agile, hybrid) within client frameworks.
• Govern change control and secure approvals per contractual commitments.
• Own the commercial health of engagements (forecast vs. actuals).
• Lead delivery governance across distributed, multi-vendor teams; ensure quality and pace.
• Oversee release readiness, cutover, go-live and post-production stabilisation.
