The role requires extensive PM experience, certifications in PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile, and strong familiarity with banking systems, cloud basics, and data architecture. Saudi market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management in technology/IT.
• 5–7 years in banking or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-team projects with substantial budgets.
• Digital transformation or data platform project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, digital transformation, and AI initiatives
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
• Apply Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Conduct stakeholder updates and steering committee reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance and banking standards alignment
• Build and mentor project teams across matrix organization
