Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong experience with GoLang, RoR, Java or Python.
• Deep knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL and NoSQL; caching with Redis/Memcached.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architectural decision‑making for a platform used by millions.
• Migrate monoliths to microservices.
• Design, improve and secure backend architecture for massive growth.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform.
• Mentor other team members and contribute to Backend Chapter.
• Follow DD+D, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and automated tests.
