HungerStation is seeking a talented Software Engineer II - Backend to join our Riyadh team. You will work with product managers to design, implement, and optimize backend services that power our delivery platform.

The role requires hands-on experience across GoLang, RoR, Java or Python and a strong grasp of scalable architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, participate in code reviews, and help drive best practices in testing,

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of backend development experience with one or more languages listed.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of software architecture including DDD, microservices, and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop back-end services and APIs with GoLang, RoR, Java or Python.
• Collaborate with Product Team to design scalable, resilient systems.
• Document coding steps and perform unit and integration testing.
• Lead code reviews and mentor teammates in best practices.
