Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager for Saudi Arabia to guide Enterprise customers through cloud adoption, architecture guidance, and proactive operational excellence.

You will be the technical lead and advocate, partnering with multiple AWS teams to maximize customer value. In this role you will drive strategic technical discussions, tailor cloud strategies, and help customers optimize workloads across Compute, Storage, AI/ML, and serverless.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs and risk management.
• Consult with partners from developers through to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly and quarterly metrics, and pre-launch planning.
