Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation, aircraft charter, or a closely related high-value B2B sector.
• Proven track record dealing with Saudi government or semi-government entities.
• Direct experience managing procurement, tenders, and vendor approval processes in KSA.
• Existing relationships and connections within the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of how business is awarded within Saudi entities.
• Arabic (native or fluent) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close aircraft charter opportunities with Saudi government entities.
• Manage end-to-end government procurement processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Target entertainment and giga-projects requiring aviation solutions.
• Act as PRFD’s commercial representative in Saudi Arabia.
• Provide market intelligence on upcoming tenders and projects.
