Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution or automation project execution.
• Mastery of full project lifecycle, planning, scheduling and governance.
• Proven risk and change management, including commercial impacts.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
• Hands-on exposure to Siemens automation products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer projects across the full lifecycle, including cost, schedule, quality, EHS and satisfaction.
• Steer project planning, execution, monitoring and control per PM@Siemens standards.
• Manage risks, opportunities, changes and claims with mitigations and commercial impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional project teams, partners and subcontractors.
• Support proposals, contract clarification and customer discussions with execution know-how.
