Job summary

Siemens in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Execution Lead in Al-Khobar to drive control system projects from concept to commissioning across water, chemical, and oil & gas sectors. You will lead engineering, interface with suppliers and customers, and manage internal/external resources for on-site and offshore deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics or similar field.
• Minimum 10–12 years in project & service with bidding experience.
• Experience engineering & commissioning on Siemens DCS/SCADA – PCS 7.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control system solutions per customer specs, for Water Distribution, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas SCADA (on- and off-shore) and ESD systems.
• Lead software engineering, integration of third-party systems, and hardware planning for control cabinets.
• Manage subcontractors and engineering partners in KSA and globally.
• Perform functional tests, optimizations, and delivery to the customer.
• Prepare, review and update project documentation; support bidding activities and coordination with the bidding team.
