Job description

Eram Talent is searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects, ensuring design quality, compliance, constructability, and alignment with KAUST objectives. The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical oversight from concept through construction and handing over.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to implementation
• Establish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Review, approve, and sign off architectural deliverables.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements.
• Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports. Memos, status reports. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plans.
• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other project discipline toward the success of the project
• Resolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplines.
• Chair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetings.
• Ensure alignment with client stakeholders
• Provide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
• Response to RFIs and design clarifications
• Site inspections and quality reviews
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports architects
• Review and validate work produced by team members.
• Contribute to performance development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projects
• Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
• Demonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements.
