Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years in consultancy, with expertise in megaprojects across residential, commercial, buildings and malls. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop and review drawings, and provide mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design within the consultancy sector.
• Strong site supervision for building projects and megaprojects.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept development through construction completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and landscape architects to integrate designs.
• Develop and review drawings, plans, and specifications for feasibility and constructability.
• Conduct site assessments and investigations to inform decisions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulators to obtain approvals.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and design changes.
• Prepare design presentations and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
