Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Architect for Enterprise Agentic Automation based in Saudi Arabia. You will lead design and delivery of AI-driven automation, turning complex processes into scalable workflows in partnership with stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include establishing target architectures, driving epics and acceptance criteria, and ensuring measurable business value through production delivery and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting with engineering background.
• Experience delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Proven track record leading process orchestration from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process redesign workshop facilitation.
• Modeling business processes with BPMN and translating requirements into designs.
• Experience with enterprise data architectures, integrations, and APIs.
• AI-first mindset and ability to design enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to production.
• Lead workshops with owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Define orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human input.
• Translate processes into epics, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Design solutions aligned with reference architectures and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate delivery with engineers, manage priorities and risks.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment and report progress for timely decisions.
• Define measurable value and iteratively improve architecture and methods.
