Job summary

Facade Today in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Architect to lead the review and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and project specifications.

You will coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines to achieve integrated designs and resolve technical conflicts, while monitoring on-site works for quality and design intent compliance. A licensed architect with LEED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent.
• Licensed architect with Saudi Council of Engineers and LEED certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and implementation of architectural designs to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and other disciplines for design integration and to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor on-site architectural works for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design intent.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and mock-ups for compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations and authority requirements.
• Support value engineering while maintaining design integrity and project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance to the architectural team and support performance improvements.
• Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to resolve design-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Professional Certification: Professional Architect License (Saudi Council of Engineers), LEED Certification, or equivalent architectural certifications.
