Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex accounts.
• Experience reviewing credit exposure and mitigating risk.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections and overall AR performance for Saudi Arabia.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to collect receivables.
• Support AR Manager with reporting, credit, audit and operations.
• Serve as SAP subject matter expert for Saudi AR under regional/global teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and Logistics to resolve payments.
• Visit customers to follow up on overdue invoices and disputed balances.
• Assist with month-end close, compliance and cash flow reporting.
• Identify process improvements to drive AR efficiency.
