Job summary

Modern Mills Company seeks an Application Administrator to own SFA apps and their ERP integration. You’ll supervise configuration, performance, and upgrades while training users and providing expert support to stakeholders.

You’ll coordinate patches, manage ManageEngine incidents, and help drive digital solutions for enhanced sales and operations. Strong ERP/CRM experience and ITIL familiarity are required for this role in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in application administration or support in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including upgrades and patching.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or HRMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience administering Sales Force Automation applications and mobile device management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and API testing tools (Postman) for troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Report Builder.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools, ticketing systems (ManageEngine), and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver user training and support application rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Application administration and high-availability management for critical business apps.
• Act as System Administrator for SFA apps (e.g., Sonic) including user setup and configuration.
• Coordinate patches, upgrades, and configuration changes; support field user devices.
• Own integration issues between ERP, SFA, and third-party apps; ensure data flow.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLAs using ManageEngine.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose long-term fixes.
• Generate health, utilization, and quality reports; maintain documentation.
• Assist in UAT and post-deployment support; train employees on apps.
• Support audits, compliance, and cybersecurity with app-specific evidence.
