Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Risk Manager for an Airport Infrastructure project in Riyadh to lead the risk framework across design, procurement, construction, and handover. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of project risk management experience.
• Experience with major infrastructure or airport programs.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project risk management framework.
• Lead risk workshops and executive risk reviews across disciplines.
• Maintain risk registers, heat maps, dashboards, and reports.
• Assess threats and opportunities affecting cost, schedule, scope, quality, safety, and operations.
• Coordinate with planning, controls, commercial, and cost teams.
• Ensure risk processes are integrated across design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Monitor risk actions and ensure evidence-based closure of mitigations.
• Prepare risk presentations for clients and governance committees.
