Job summary

OmniOps is a Riyadh‑based technology solutions provider specializing in AI-driven cloud migration, scalability, and reliable data platforms. The Senior Solution Engineer will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executives to shape strategic AI solutions and lead technical engagements.

The role requires strong customer-facing consulting, architecture design, and hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, MLOps, and cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 5+ years in solution engineering, presales, or architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise customer engagements.
• Experience with cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives and requirements across sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and success criteria.
• Design scalable, cloud‑native AI solution architectures.
• Translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions using LLMs, RAG, MLOps.
• Deliver PoCs, technical demos, and architecture reviews.
• Prepare responses for RFPs/RFIs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Lead customer workshops on AI strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Ensure smooth presales to delivery transition and assess risks.
