Job summary

Cohere is seeking a founding Solutions Architect in Saudi Arabia to grow our AI platform across the region. You will own the technical narrative, map customer needs to Cohere solutions, and partner with executives, accounts, and partners to drive adoption with flagship customers like STC.

You should have 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, native-level Arabic, experience with NLP/LLM, and cloud deployment. Strong communication and strategic-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Digital Strategy Consultant (or similar) experience.
• Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills—presenting to CEOs and engaging technical audiences.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments and can implement high-impact processes in unstructured contexts.
• Native-level Arabic required.
• Preferred: experience architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Preferred: cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).
• Comfortable with Python and Assistive Coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions on customer calls and pilots.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Deep-dive into customer queries and Cohere technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
• Document processes to scale the solutions architect team.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to align offerings with customer needs.
• Work with partners to enable and accelerate customer adoption.
