Job summary

Mollkom in Riyadh invites engineers to advance hybrid lexical/vector retrieval and task-aware reranking strategies, building a knowledge layer that connects tools and agents while respecting freshness and tenant boundaries.

You will design content segmentation, indexing, updates, provenance and versioning, enforce retrieval boundaries around permissions and data state, and measure recall, precision and source-grounded quality across Arabic and English evaluations.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in search, information retrieval or production RAG.
• Strong Python or TypeScript, SQL and search engines or vector databases.
• Understanding of embeddings, rerankers, experiments and retrieval analysis.
• Care for data quality, permission isolation and knowledge freshness.

Responsibilities
