Job summary

KalSoft seeks an experienced Data Science & AI Specialist to develop and deploy ML, AI, and predictive analytics solutions for banking and financial services. You will analyze data, build scalable models, and drive insights while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires collaboration with business and tech teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions and communicate findings to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Data Science, AI, ML, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, ML, DL, and Statistical Modeling.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Predictive Analytics and advanced data solutions.
• Mandatory experience in Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, model risk management, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience delivering scalable AI/ML models and data pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model monitoring frameworks.
• Build predictive analytics solutions for customer, risk, and operational insights.
• Implement Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Monitor model performance, scalability, accuracy, and reliability, and implement improvements.
• Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with governance, risk management, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
