Job summary

Scarab Dev in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Agile leader to drive adoption and delivery excellence across multiple digital product teams within a digital factory. You will implement and scale Agile/Scrum, mentor teams, and align business, product, and engineering goals.

This role requires 10–15 years of experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and hands-on delivery in large enterprise or government projects. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
