Job summary

Syarah is seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Lead to oversee daily finance activities and drive process improvements supporting rapid growth in Saudi Arabia. You will manage end-to-end P2P and O2C processes, ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of relevant experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in Excel; VAT and tax knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with P2P and O2C a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable activities including invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations.
• Supervise accounts receivable, billing, receipts application, and collections.
• Monitor DSO, billing accuracy, and provide KPI reporting.
• Develop and enforce internal controls; ensure VAT/tax compliance and policy adherence.
• Lead accounting staff and identify automation/process-improvement opportunities.
