Job summary

ASSYSTEM SOLUTIONS FZCO in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. You will handle the full accounting cycle, maintain the general ledger, manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform reconciliations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The role also covers VAT compliance, monthly and year-end closing, and support for audits. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required, with SOCPA registration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, or corporate environments in Saudi Arabia.
• SOCPA registration is highly preferred/required; pursuing CPA, CMA or ACCA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger; ensure all financial transactions are accurately coded and recorded.
• Manage vendor invoicing, verify payment approvals, process accounts payable and track aging accounts receivable for timely collections.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany balances, and subsidiary ledger reviews to resolve discrepancies.
