Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Security Planning to lead security strategy across the Master Developer portfolio, aligning City Security and Place Planning and Design teams in Riyadh. The role focuses on security master planning, development SME oversight, reporting and strategic support, and driving CPTED principles and innovative security measures while meeting operational objectives.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in built-environment security and strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in built-environment security.
• Experience in infrastructure delivery and high-profile development projects in KSA.
• Proficient with Aconex, BIM360, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Security master-planning across districts and city masterplan coordination.
• Advisory oversight of security outputs by development consultants and experts.
• Maintain dashboards and performance trackers for executive reporting.
