Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, through Miraval The Red Sea, is seeking a Security Manager to lead safety and security operations at the new resort. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will develop and implement procedures, train staff, and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and asset protection, overseeing audits and emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience as a Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager in a large hotel or resort operation.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive security issues.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team and contribute to creating the most secure and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel’s safety and security procedures. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets, including managing fire safety protocols and employee protection, all while upholding Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.

• Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of fire safety regulations, security systems, and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive security issues.
