Job summary

Noon is seeking a Security & Loss Prevention professional in Riyadh to safeguard sites, manage CCTV operations, and coordinate with internal teams. You will lead risk assessments, drive incident investigations, and ensure SLAs are met across facilities.

You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to implement preventive controls, audit security compliance, and optimize loss prevention practices aligned with Noon’s growth in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Experience developing project and program work plans.

Responsibilities

• Understand and articulate the vision and values of the SLP department and the business.
• Manage physical security of sites and monitor CCTV systems.
• Handle SLP JIRA requests for CCTV and ensure SLA adherence.
• Facilitate security screening for all entrants and exits.
• Perform risk assessments and develop action plans for stakeholders.
• Conduct security compliance audits to uphold standards.
• Escalate critical incidents to partners and leadership teams.
• Build relationships and drive closure of recommendations with internal customers.
• Investigate losses, identify root causes, and report findings.
• Lead interviews for policy violations and coordinate data collection from sites.
• Drive preventive process changes to reduce shrink and incidents.
• Manage security vendors and train guards on SLP processes.
• Oversee maintenance of devices and access controls; coordinate with authorities.
