Flyper is seeking a Seasonal Waiter in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to deliver excellent guest service and help ensure a smooth dining experience. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

The role requires strong English communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.
• Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
