Job summary

Dar Al Hekma University is seeking an experienced scholarship administrator to lead the university's scholarship programs. The role covers evaluating financial need, managing data, and coordinating interviews with the Scholarship Committee.

You will support recruitment initiatives and maintain scholarship records while collaborating with donors, management, and schools to align with university goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field.
• Experience in scholarship administration or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze scholarship applicants' financial need and eligibility for aid programs.
• Collect, enter, edit and update scholarship applicant data in the University database.
• Coordinate and manage scholarship applicant interviews.
• Assign recipients to donors as applicable.
• Monitor scholars' academic and non-academic performance and scholarship duration.
• Generate scholarship progress reports and related documentation.
• Prepare and update scholarship forms and policies.
• Support recruitment initiatives including Open Days and campus tours.
• Represent the University to prospective students and parents.
• Develop relationships with schools to promote programs.

Roles amp Responsibilities

Scholarship Administration Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze scholarship applicants financial need and eligibility for financial aid programs and determine the appropriate type and level of financial assistance
• Collect, enter, edit and update scholarship applicant data accurately in the University database
• Coordinate and manage scholarship applicant interviews conducted by the Scholarship Committee
• Assign approved scholarship recipients to prospective donors as applicable
• Monitor scholarship students academic and non academic performance as well as scholarship duration and coverage
• Generate and submit scholarship progress reports as requested by management or relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and continuously update scholarship students records related to registration and enrollment processes
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and generate all scholarship contracts and related documentation
• Prepare, review and update scholarship forms in accordance with departmental requirements
• Review and regularly update scholarship policies and procedures to ensure alignment with institutional needs and regulations

Recruitment and Outreach Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the implementation of the University s student recruitment strategy in alignment with institutional enrollment objectives
• Supervise and coordinate recruitment and outreach activities to ensure effective execution target achievement and alignment with strategic priorities
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and manage a wide range of recruitment initiatives for undergraduate and postgraduate students including Open Days, information sessions, recruitment activities, workshops and campus tours
• Represent and promote the University to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students through school and organizational presentations, participation in education fairs and direct engagement with students and parents
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and organizations to promote University programs and provide pre admission guidance
