Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Customer Growth Specialist in a remote role, focusing on retention and expansion for small video businesses. You design scalable coaching programs, use data to identify growth opportunities, and guide customers on pricing, packaging, and offers.

You will build playbooks and operate in a global, remote environment. You will coach via group sessions, cohorts, workshops, and webinars, collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in coaching, consulting, customer success, digital marketing, or related field with business ownership.
• Proven track record helping online businesses, solo operators, founders, or small teams grow revenue.
• Ability to translate insights into practical, revenue-driving recommendations.
• Strong live facilitation skills for group sessions, workshops, webinars, or 1:1 conversations.
• Comfort analyzing dashboards and retention/funnel metrics in a growth context.
• Familiarity with AI tools and adding Claude into daily workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and expansion for an assigned customer segment.
• Design scalable group coaching programs, cohorts, workshops, and webinars.
• Advise on pricing, packaging, positioning, offers, email, funnels, and retention.
• Monitor cohort data to flag at-risk accounts before churn.
• Analyze retention curves and funnel performance to drive results.
• Create repeatable playbooks and processes to scale growth programs.
• Share insights with Product and Customer Success teams.
• Leverage AI tools for research, prep, and coaching resources.
• Provide clear, honest guidance, even in tough conversations.
