Job summary

AP Recyclers (SFZ) LLC in Saudi Arabia is seeking an energetic Sales/Business Development professional to drive revenue in the rubber and tyre sector. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, build relationships, and close orders across the Kingdom.

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong industry connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Crumb Rubber, Tyre, or Rubber Moulding industries.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia market will be highly preferred.
• Strong industry connections and proven business-development experience.
• B2B / industrial sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• English Proficiency is Mandatory.
• Candidates with existing network with tyre manufacturers and rubber buyers have added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the rubber and tyre sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Handle negotiations, pricing, quotations and order closures.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
• Visit customers, industrial areas, exhibitions and trade shows across Saudi Arabia.
• Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
