Job summary

Mindray Medical seeks a Public Affairs Manager Saudi National to lead government relations in Riyadh. You will engage with MOH, SFDA, NUPCO and other authorities to advocate Mindray's interests and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Saudi regulations, hands-on experience with government platforms, and strong stakeholder management. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to communicate across functions and with regulators.

Qualifications

• Saudi National (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations and healthcare sector.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms and compliance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key government entities MOH SFDA NUPCO CHI etc
• Monitor Saudi regulations healthcare policies and localisation requirements
• Ensure compliance across government platforms such as Qiwa Muqeem Mudad GOSI ZATCA and MOC
• Advise HR Finance Legal and business teams on regulatory updates and compliance requirements
• Support government procurement market access and stakeholder engagement activities
• Represent Mindray in government industry and healthcare forums
