Job summary

You will advise cross-functional teams on regulatory updates and support procurement and stakeholder engagement activities. The role requires 8+ years in Public Affairs or regulatory fields, with fluent Arabic and English, and deep knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations and healthcare sector.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms and compliance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key government entities (MOH, SFDA, NUPCO, CHI, etc.).
• Monitor Saudi regulations, healthcare policies, and localisation requirements.
• Ensure compliance across government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, ZATCA, and MOC.
• Advise HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams on regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
• Support government procurement, market access, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Represent Mindray in government, industry, and healthcare forums.
