Ant Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned public affairs leader to guide policy strategy and regulatory engagement. You will work with policymakers, regulators and industry bodies to advance the company’s market access and growth initiatives in the KSA, aligning cross-functional teams around strategic policy outcomes.

You will build strategic partnerships, monitor regulatory developments and lead industry events to elevate Ant International’s presence in the region.

Formación

• At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy advocacy.
• Experience engaging with KSA policymakers, regulators and ecosystem partners.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Substantive knowledge of policy and regulation related to digital payments and cross-border finance in the KSA.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and analytical skills with strategic execution.
• Collaborative team player capable of working across cultures and geographies.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• High ethical standards with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive engagement with KSA policymakers, regulators and industry bodies to raise awareness of our business benefits.
• Provide forward-looking strategic advice and recommendations to businesses and communicate with leaders on initiatives and trends in the KSA.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with government, regulators, ecosystem partners and industry bodies to support inclusive growth.
• Monitor local and regional policy developments and communicate implications to stakeholders on regulatory initiatives and thought leadership forums.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to identify opportunities and operationalize policy changes affecting Ant International in the market.
• Act as project lead for key industry events in the KSA, coordinating across diverse stakeholders.
