Iduast company is seeking a Government Liaison to engage daily with Saudi authorities and manage regulatory affairs. The role involves ensuring licenses, iqama, and permits are up to date, and coordinating with external agencies.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in government liaison or international PR, and fluent English with native Arabic. Strong drafting and cross-cultural skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Public Relations, Administration, Human Resources, Foreign Languages or related disciplines.
• Foreign-affairs related certificates are preferred.
• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate government liaison and international public relations.
• Hands-on experience in government affairs in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily with Saudi authorities including MHRSD, Ministry of Investment, Passport Department, Police and Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete official business.
• Assist in applying for employee iqama, work permits, and renewal of corporate licenses; track progress to ensure compliance.
• Monitor updates to local, labor and immigration regulations and provide compliance recommendations.
• Maintain partnerships with local vendors and third‑party agencies; coordinate visitor receptions and external meetings.
• Coordinate external crisis communications and prepare required documents for official notifications as needed.
