Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is helping a client in Riyadh appoint a General Manager to lead the business across the Kingdom. The role requires strategic leadership to scale operations while ensuring superior customer experience and Tribe culture.

The General Manager will own the P&L, drive sustainable growth, and build a high-performing KSA team in partnership with Dubai HQ to support rapid expansion while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership experience across multi-site consumer businesses (hospitality, entertainment, leisure, retail).
• Experience operating and scaling businesses within KSA is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KSA Tribe and Values across the Kingdom and ensure alignment with Vision/Mission.
• Develop and execute the KSA business strategy and scalable organizational structure.
• Own and deliver the KSA P&L, venue KPIs, and annual budgets; drive profitable growth.
• Drive venue expansion, site selection, landlord engagement and rollout planning.
• Oversee safety, compliance, customer experience and operational excellence.
