Overview

SAP Senior Advisory Consultants (Finance Transformation) | Onsite Riyadh

Contract: 6-12 month initial contract (long-term programme with strong extension potential) ASAP start

We are supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programme for a major end client in the Oil & Gas sector. The programme requires very senior SAP advisory consultants to work in a 100% onsite, highly secure environment in Riyadh.

These are client-facing advisory roles, focused on senior stakeholder engagement, solution direction, and strategic guidance - not hands-on technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior SAP advisor within a large S/4HANA Finance transformation
• Engage with senior business and finance stakeholders to shape SAP solutions
• Provide expert guidance on SAP finance architecture and best practices
• Support design decisions, governance, and strategic alignment
• Operate confidently in a complex, high-visibility client environment

Required Experience

• 10-15+ years of SAP experience at a senior / advisory level
• Strong functional expertise in one of the listed SAP areas
• Proven experience advising senior stakeholders and executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in large, complex SAP transformation programmes
• Oil & Gas / Energy sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• 100% onsite in Riyadh (no remote or hybrid)
• European nationality required ( EU, Serbia, Turkey acceptable)
• Relocation required - travel and accommodation expenses covered
